Healthy Breakfast Banana Split



Dessert for breakfast? Absolutely. This guilt-free morning treat takes a classic dessert and turns in to a healthy, protein-filled breakfast, thanks to the creamy Greek yoghurt and fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 85 g / 2.9 oz bananas

  • 25 g / 0.9 oz blackberries

  • 25 g / 0.9 oz strawberries

  • 190 g / 6.6 oz greek yoghurt

  • 13 g / ½ oz granola, low sugar

  • 2 tsp coconut, shredded


  • 35g protein powder

Steps

1. Peel the banana and halve lengthwise.

2. Place banana in your meal prep container. Top with half of the fruit, then a layer of yoghurt and then the rest of the fruit.

3. Top with granola and shredded coconut. Enjoy with a protein shake!
